Boulevard of mists (2026)

"Boulevard of Mists" is a drama-thriller story set in the gloomy Ankara of the 1950s. Feridun, a former police officer and "eraser" (record destroyer), opens the sealed doors in his mind when he sees a photograph of Leyla Yılmaz, a missing radio pianist, in a newspaper advertisement years later. Feridun painfully remembers that he not only knew Leyla, but was also the person tasked with erasing her voice and existence from the state archives in 1948. Leyla, silenced by an authority nicknamed "Pasha" at the time, was targeted for elimination because she had transcribed his dark secrets. Feridun begins to delve into the dusty files of the past. Feridun, confronted with the lives lost under the signatures he himself affixed, finds himself in the middle of a dangerous pursuit with Leyla's sudden reappearance. Feridun is reminded not only of his secret love for Leyla but also of the crimes he committed as a part of the system.
